I take the time to always place a generous amount of topical anaesthetic to the tissues before I inject. This gel has the same ingredient as oragel but 5 times stronger. It really helps to reduce sensitivity with the needle delivery. The only negative feedback we get is that it can be somewhat bitter. It is only temporary. In the office, we like to refer to it as our “Buckley’s~it tastes bad,but it works”.
